New Man Cares for Customers

Joe Grinter (40) has been appointed a Customer Care Representative by Blandford-based J&G Environmental, who handle the specialist waste disposal and recycling needs of over 1500 UK printers. Joe joined the company in 2003 as a Service Technician looking after the delivery and collection requirements of print customers throughout the UK.
Customer care manager Richard Spreadbury said: "The experience of creating and maintaining good customer relationships gained in his previous position will be invaluable in his new role. A dedicated and professional approach to customer care is and important element in the company's comprehensive service to the print industry".
