Leading Printer Renews Contract With J&G

Polestar UK Print has renewed its waste management contract with print waste specialists J&G Environmental for a further two years.
The two organisations have been working together for nearly nine years and J&G will continue to collect and process all general print waste, including litho plates and used chemicals, from a majority of the Group's UK sites including the Sheffield gravure facility.
Blandford-based J&G looks after the waste disposal needs of some 1500 UK print companies and has an on-going development programme with the aim of increasing the amount of waste recycled or reused. The figure currently stands at over 90 percent.
