An expert workforce...
J&G boasts one of the best-trained workforces in the waste management industry. All drivers have been fully trained and carry ADR licences - refreshed every four years - authorising them to carry dangerous goods. They are subject to regular in-house training sessions to ensure that their knowledge about the collection and carriage of waste is constantly updated. Qualified managers holding Certificates of Technical Competence oversee J&G's depots and waste is handled by expertly trained site operatives.
